Expressing his views Mr. Raheja emphasized upon raising the FSI so that smaller units in the projects are easy to create. When this gets a nod, such units would fall within the budget of a common man. Affordability plays a pivotal role in finalizing property buying. With this in place, many people would be able to buy apartments. He had been pleading the Government to realize the need and prepare some policy framework that allows vertical development with small sized units. He gave example of Andhra Pradesh (state) which doesn't follow any FSI norms while constructing any building. He welcomed the concept of going high.
